OUR PHILOSOPHY WITH THE CAPLESS METHOD
We focus on prostate cancer - to help you implement the science of nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management so that you live with better health than before your diagnosis. And we believe this approach is real medicine.
WELCOME TO CAPLESS EATS
You know what's horrible about diets for prostate cancer?
For one, there's no scientific basis for it.
Two, they are not prostate cancer specific.
And three, they are not sustainable. You then feel like a loser when you come off it.
CaPLESS Eats is where you will learn to create a microenvironment hostile to cancer everytime you eat. This event is the ultimate "eat and learn" experience focused on making delicious meals that protect against cancer.
Why don't you and your significant other join us to explore the foods and tools important in maintaining a cancer-fighting kitchen?
Our chef expert will take you through an intimate culinary experience of preparing delicious, protective meals while Dr. Geo discusses the latest science on eating and nutrition to live your best life after prostate cancer. Additionally, you'll learn how to make the way you eat a way of life.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: CaPLESS Eats is a multi-course 'food as medicine' event. This culinary experience led by Dr.Geo and Jackie Topol is designed to teach you and your life partner how to prepare delicious meals that protect against cancer and promote longevity.
